John Edwards - what will happen?

I think after Iowa and New Hampshire, he will drop out. What do you think?

I think Edwards could very well win in Iowa. One thing that he has done these last few weeks is spend time in the rural areas. He's practically lived in Iowa since 2004. I wouldn't count him out just yet.

I don't know that he's spent much time in New Hampshire.

A CNN poll has Mr. Edwards as the democratic candidate who can beat all four major republican candidates. I don't put a lot of stock in polls but thought this one was interesting if anywhere near true.

Senator John Edwards is the only Democrat who can beat all four major Republi... - John Edwards

I'm hoping that he does well in IA. A poll out of NH at the end of NH said that only about 24% of the support for candidates is solidified support. The rest is lean or really soft.

Personally, I like that Edwards has represented average individuals in lawsuits ProudUSAmom. I think its great that he'd stand up for the family of a little girl hurt by a product. Anyways, he seems to have a pretty good grasp on the problems of average Americans. He was the first to introduce a health care plan this cycle. He worked hard to get wage increases on the ballots and would increase wages again and I believe see it indexed to inflation. I like that he wants to see that more Americans get to do at least the first year of college(It'd be paid for if willing to work 16 hours). I like his $500 savings match plan(It's about time we were told to do something other than spend spend spend).

Out of all the candidates Edwards resonates with me. I'd be okay with Hillary or Obama but Edwards is the candidate I'd most like to see in the WH when all is said and done.

I am sure he will go back to North Carolina, live in his $6 million mansion, while conserving to save the earth and worry about the plight of all the poor and suffering around him..................HA>>>>>>>>>>>>Sherri
