Mitt Romney will suspend his bid for the Republican presidential nomination, GOP sources tell CNN. A candidate may "suspend" his or her campaign rather than dropping out, and technically remain a candidate. In this case, he or she is entitled to keep any statewide pledged delegates as well as their district-level delegates. Candidates who officially drop out must forfeit statewide delegates. |

I'm not surprised to hear this. McCain really has picked up a lot of support. I have been trying to follow the debates and such, and honestly have seen Romney hung by his own words.

I just listen to the conference call on RonPaulRadio.com 2/7/08 at 9:00pm Ron Paul is staying in the race! Here is the youtube video of Ron Paul's speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC)today at 4:30. Romney spoke at 12:30 suspened campagin and McCain was at 3:00 then Ron Paul at 4:30. Huckabee is scheduled to be at the conference on Sat.
