IMO, all votes should be counted, write in included. Election personnel are paid or volunteered to do a job and my expectation, as a voter, is that they will do it no matter how busy they are.
To answer the original question, usually there is more on the ballot then the presidential nominees. Don't vote for any of them if you like but don't skip the rest of what may be on the ballot.
