I really had no idea how to word this post......but,I was wondering WHERE does the money come from when we check the box to support the Presidential Campaign??? It says $3 will be donated, and your tax return will not be reduced. Well, where does the money come from then?????

Doing the right thing isn't always the same as doing the easy thing.

They take three dollars of the money you have paid and put it into a fund and it reduces the amount going into general revenue. At least that's how I understand it. We always check it off because we figure that's 3 bucks the government can't spend on something stupid.
