I have just one thing to say. YEAH DEBATES!!!! The more these two talk the less appealing they both sound. In my opinion there should be a tv show that airs every day titled "Talks with Obama and Hillary". I would even help fund it. Not only do they continually stick their foot in their mouths, but the people around them do too. You'd think they would have a little more intelligence than that.

See, that's the ONE word, no matter how angry I am, no matter how much I may dislike a person, that I will not use. To me it's just vile, vulgar and disgusting!

| I do not recall exactly what he said. I think he was trying once again to play up his "small town" roots. Obama Plays Up Midwestern Roots in Kansas | The Trail | washingtonpost.com (This article is apparently from Jan. 2008) "There was, to be sure, an element of overstatement involved in Obama's effort to capitalize on the Kansas connection -- Obama's grandparents left Kansas while Obama's mother was still young, making stops in Texas, Seattle and elsewhere before landing in Hawaii, where Obama was born, and he himself had never been to El Dorado prior to today." |

Listening to it again, it comes across as he was raised in small towns in Kansas, which I find to be misleading. He was raised mostly in Hawaii, attending Punahou on a scholarship. This is one of the best schools in Hawaii. Here's a link to an article I found that states a little better about his "upbringing". A minor point, I'm sure, but, I don't like the way he tries to connect with "small town America". I don't think he has the first clue.
