Obama Slips on TV: "My Muslim Faith."

This video just confirms what I've always suspected.

George Stephanopoulos quickly corrected Obama Barack but too late, dude. It's right from the horse's mouth! I always thought Obama is a Mulim in Christian clothing. This man's father was a Mulim, his stepfather was a Muslim, he attended Muslim schools, and Wright, Obama's self described mentor and friend is a racist who hates America. Wright's buddy is Louis Farrakhan and like Wright, Farrakhan has repeatedly made hate-filled statements targeting Jews (calling Judaism a gutter religion), whites, and America. He has called whites blue-eyed devils and the anti-Christ. He has described Jews as bloodsuckers who control the government, the media, and some black organizations. Wright preached his hate filled rants to Obama for more than twenty years and we're supposed to believe that in all that time, Obama never noticed any hate in Wright's sermons. Wright has said that privately, Obama agrees with his views and that I believe.

Big deal. He had a slip of the tongue when talking about the right's attempt to imply that he's a Muslim. Pick one. Angry black man or Muslim; it doesn't matter to me.

I actually would much prefer he WAS Muslim, as opposed to attending a Black Liberation Theology church for 20yrs! Too bad that's not the case.

Big deal?? Heck yes it is. He said it way too naturally for it to be a slip. And it's the Republican's fault? I can't believe you'd want either--angry black man or a Muslim--for president. I'm a democrat by the way, have never voted Republican ever, but can say that I would never vote for Barack Hussein Obama. Cougarskies hit the nail on the head saying he's a Muslim in Christian clothing. Why doesn't anyone see that?

I see it! It did slip out way too naturally and he didn't even seem to notice.

It's crystal clear to me that Obama is not and has never been a Muslim. Both of his parents were atheists. To her credit, his mother did believe that he should be exposed to different religions.

I mean it though. Omama cannot be both a Muslim and an angry black man who was indoctrinated by Rev. Wright to a radical Christian idealogy. Scary, I know.

Pick the smear you want to run with.

Now someone correct me if I'm wrong (and I'm sure someone will correct me regardless) but; Can the term "Muslim" also be used to refer to a race of people? I was always under the impression that certain terms--Aryan, and Jew come to mind--can be used to identify a person's religion OR their race. Maybe I've been mistaken all these years. I don't know.

I'm not even going to get into the whole religion debate. It really is counterproductive at this point, IMHO.

I too would consider myself a Democrat. But, I choose to vote for whomever I feel is the best person for the job. In this election I'm forced to pick btwn 2 candidates that I feel neither are qualified---or I have to write in my choice. I can't w/ a good conscience vote for either candidate at this time, maybe it will get better by November.

I was wonder how long it would take someone to use Obama's middle name Have you ever noticed that it's Barack Obama or John McCain until someone wants to prove their point about how different they think Obama is from "us" then they throw in the dreaded word "Hussein"...see he is Muslim!

"Fear, Lies and Fear" should be the republican motto.

Which leads me to ask---Why did he go by "Barry" for so long?

Now, this is just my personal observation, but when people "anglocize" their name to fit in, and then revert back to their given name that indicates a possible difference in their heritage--I find that very telling of their character.

Nicknames are a pet peeve of mine anyway--If I wanted my kid called "Mike" I would have named him Mike and not Michael. So it may just be my predisposition to not liking nicknames that makes me question this.

I have seen John S. McCain and John Sydney McCain plenty of times.

Obama was not raised by his father or grandfather (did he even kown his grandfather??) So what does his father and grandfather being a Muslim have to do with him?

For more about the schools Obama attended
snopes.com: Who Is Barack Obama?

What does Farrakhan's words have to do with Obamal?

I don't think he's Muslim. And even if he was, there is nothing wrong with being Muslim. I don't know why he made the slip. . .but I think it means nothing.

How ever, he is a long standing memeber of a church that prescribes to Black Liberation Theology. You asked how he is tied to Farrakhan. . .read this thread:

Muslim is strictly a religion. Many Arabs are Muslim, but it does not refer to a race, per se.

I imagine but don't know for a fact... that since his father had the same name when Barack Jr was a baby a family member or friend started to call him Barry. When Barack Jr got older he wanted to go by his given name not his nickname. That happens all the time.

Nicknames are a pet peeve of mine too

It's pretty well described here:

To say this is a big deal is just petty...it was a slip of the tongue. Like when George Bush said that "too many OB/GYNs aren't able to practice their...their love, with women all across the country." Did you think he was advocating doctors molesting their patients? Were you outraged? When he said "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." did you think perhaps your government was going to declare war on you? Were you aghast at how naturally the words rolled off his tongue? Surely, since he didn't stutter, it was exactly what he meant to say!

Unlike W who can't find the right words because there's not much going on up there, I believe Obama was thinking faster than he was talking. Oh, to have a president who can think on their feet again....and either way, whoever wins, that's what we'll get.

Well for me personally, being a Jew is my religion, not my race. I consider myself white. My ancestry is Eastern European. Does that make sense?

It's no more petty than other things said about him AND McCain. And, to even compare Obama to Bush--Bush is a moron!!! I have never been aghast at anything W has said because he's such a boob. Obama is to intelligent, I personally don't feel like it rolled off his tongue. BUT THIS IS JUST MY THOUGHT!!

And, I totally agree with you, whomever we get out of this election IS going to be someone who can think on their feet!!

I didn't have to mention his middle name to prove anything.....he proved the point when he "slipped" and said "my Muslim faith".

Aghast at something Bush said? No, not in the sense of "OMG! What a huge revelation/statement". Aghast in the sense of "OMG! This tongue-tied, can't put two sentences together without mangling the hell of them"? OH YEAH!

I'm not impressed w/ Barack public speaking. His enthusiasm/passion doesn't quite reach his eyes. I don't think he's fully invested in what he's saying. He's never "inspired" me with anything I've heard him talk on.

Love or Hate Sarah Palin--she's passionate about what she's talking about. McCain is as passionate as he knows how to be. Biden? Does he speak??? LOL

Now, Bill Clinton, could talk a Nun out of her habit! (I'm thinking he may have tried--it just hasn't been made public yet!). Hillary really seemed to "blossom" in her public persona and speaking skills this past year--but, of course I'm biased! I've always liked Bill and Hill!

I love, love, triple love Hillary, and was so sad when she lost the primary And, I should've been clearer, I'm not impressed with how Obama speaks at all, but meant he seems intelligent to me, way more so than Bush. But, yes, Obama's speaking abilities lack passion, conviction---somethin'!! David Letterman or someone had an "uh" count the other night on a 20 or 30 sec. clip of one of his (Obama) speeches, there were a LOT of 'em! Everything in your post above, I agree 100% percent.

Hey, Biden did too speak, he said Hillary would've been a better VP choice!!! Maybe he's not as dumb as I pegged him! J/K

Maybe "heritage" would be a more fitting word? I do see where she was going with this...

No, not really. Would you say your (general "your") heritage is Catholic, or Baptist, or Methodist?

I *think* that some people blur the lines between a religion and a heritage.
Kind of like some people say "all Arabs are Muslims" or "all Iraqui's are Shiite"---kind of like people assume if you're from the South, you were probably raised Southern Baptist (most assume that about me, UNTIL I tell them my mom is an ordained minister. That usually causes some stammering and stuttering).

Some people place certain physical characteristics to certain religions as well....but that's another post for some other time.

Have you ever been interviewed for television before? What if you were running for office and people were calling you a closet Catholic because once when you were a kid you went to a Catholic mass with a friend? What if they never said it to your face but instead spread lies and mistruths about you behind your back, never giving you the chance to refute it? What if they used your middle name, say Mary, as proof that you must be a secret Catholic, because...well, everyone knows that Mary is only a Catholic name. What if while you were being interviewed you were perhaps a little tired from the travel, late nights and speeches you'd been making? Is it not even conceivable to you that someone under all that pressure could say the wrong word??? He absolutely DID hesitate...it didn't flow effortlessly as you're claiming. And if this were some huge hush-hush diabolical secret he were keeping, wouldn't he have been the one to realize that he'd revealed his deepest, darkest, most vulnerable secret to the entire world?

Y'know, there is absolutely zero evidence that Obama is a Muslim...but there are lots of people scared sh*tless of him who are more than willing to twist the truth and invent outright lies to smear his name in anyway possible. It's like in high school....how many too-pretty girls are labeled sluts by other, jealous girls who feel threatened? No proof, just lies and innuendo that she can't defend herself from because people want to believe it too much.

Perhaps people who believe this nonsense about Barack Obama need to do some soul searching and figure out why they're so incredibly threatened by him. I think the answer's as plain as the skin on his face.

Maureen

I actually wish he WAS a Muslim!!!!!

I know quite a few Muslims and they are good people. Like any religion, there are always the extemist whackos. That's what the terrorists are. Just like the majority of Christians would say that the KKK or Aryan Nation pervert Christianity. . .so the terrorists pervert Islam.

Obama has been a member of a Black Liberation Theology church for 20 years. They pervert Christianity, and in my book, are part of that whacko extreme. I wish that stupid people would stop trying to pin him as a Muslim like that is a bad thing. There is nothing wrong with the Islamic faith. It is much worse to be a member of a Black Liberation Theology church. . .and that is what he really is.

I have to tell you, my very best friend when I was in elementary school was Jewish. She was the only one. . .everybody else was Christian. Also Toonces. .. how do you feel about Obama belonging to a church that gave Farrakhan a Lifetime Achievemanet award? I ask this because my husband is German and, in fact, my kids gradfather was a Nazi soldier. Not that we, or he, supported any of the Nazi beliefs. In fact, we all think Hitler was a whacko. But you understand, in WWII Nazi Germany you kept your mouth shut or suffered the consequences. I just don't understand why the Jews have had such a horrible experience in this world history! They are wonderful people with a beautiful tradition. I don't want to see any more attrociteis carried out in the name of religion. It is one of the concerns I have about Obama. . not that I think he would do anything as crazy as Hitler did. . .but still, I couldn't sit in a church for 20yrs that believed such bullsh*t and honored somebody that spewed hatred about any people like Farrakhan does the Jews.

I used to discuss this with my ex-husband who was Jewish. He would say yes to both-of the Jewish faith and of Jewish ancestry. I used to say "but Judaism is a religion". You can't convert to another race! lol And I have a lot of German blood and I'm Catholic-maybe that's why the marriage didn't work out? lol Yes, Obamas church, at least Rev. Wright and what he preaches-is WACKO!!!!

I have to admit this is news to me, about Obama being a member of a radical white-hating church, because I don't listen to the right-wing media sources who are spreading these stories. My understanding was that he belonged to an African-American church (and how many churches in this country have lily-white congregations? So that shouldn't be the issue) that believes in an end to racism (gasp) and in black people helping black people. They're big on community outreach and are Christian, like so many other churches.

Sure, Rev. Wright is a subscriber to Black Liberation Theology, starting in the 60's. He was a religious leader in the Black community during a time of upheaval and struggle, so I don't have any problem with him combining his religion and his anger at the unfair treatment of his race. This is not ancient history, either...Little Rock was only 50 years ago, the Klan is still alive and well in the South, neo-Nazis are still flourishing, there is still a huge population in this country who won't vote for Obama because of his skin color...racism is alive and well in America and if you think it's not, you're either white or just kidding yourself.

I find it really sad that this is an attack strategy being used by the Republican wackjobs (because I truly dont believe it stems from McCain)...they're using white America's fear of black men to twist and distort the facts to suit their own ends. For those calling Trinity 'whacko' and 'dangerous'...have you been to a service there? What exactly have they done that's dangerous? Not what one man might have said, but what actual acts have they committed?

Have you sworn off the Oprah show? She was a regular at the church in the late 80's, early 90's...does her 'dangerous' affiliation scare you too? If anyone's in a position to take over the world, it's Oprah. Ooh, and she's all into helping women in Africa too...which totally proves that she's not a true American. Heaven help her if she ever tries to run for office in this country.

Just pathetic, that these are the depths that some nutjobs will sink to.

Maureen this is the most intelligent thing I have read in this entire thread. Thank you for untwisting the lies that are being perpetuated over and over and over and over.

To all of you catholics, a question. I am reading how Obama must believe and support everything that Rev Wright stood for. (I do not go to church, I am not ashamed of that. I think organized religion is the most hypocritical thing out there. )I have always thought, from the outside looking in of course, that the priest, pastor or minister were not the only people that the congregation grew strength from. The entire church family is what you gained strength form. If you fault Obama for a faucet of his (Wrights) personality and claim that he too must suscribe to that belief since he still at that time belonged to the church, then do you also believe that it is perfectly okay for priests to rape little boys? Very few priests were reprimanded for the atrocities they inflicted on hundreds of little boys. How many catholics ever left the church and denounced what happened? Of course if you are catholic and love the church you didn't leave or denounce your faith. Did you know the priests molested the kids? Probably not, but what has come to light now, looking back there were obvious signs. I live in a community that was and continues to be shaken by such priests. I don't look at any of my catholic friends with any difference now. After the first boy (man) came forward and made his claims, they continued to go to the same church, look upon their bishop with great admiration even though he seemed to be protecting the priests in question. It is their relationship with the teachings of the church and the members of the congregation that feed their soul. The priests were only a part of their spiritial life. So for once and for all could you just step off the whole big fat lie that Obama subscribes to every thought that Wright does. The Trinity church was and continues to be much more than one reverand

Here is a link to one of MANY things about the church. I find it interesting that people can say how whacky McCain and Palin are for praying to God about the war and praying for His will in that area, yet, some of those same people have no problem with Rev. Wright asking people to say "God Damn America" for our roles in many things. That makes no sense to me. BTW, this is to the general you, not particularly you, MoMo.

Here is a link to their "all new" web site.

Trinity - BLACK VALUE SYSTEM

Now, just a minute, please insert the word WHITE everywhere you see the word BLACK, and ask yourself if you would feel the same way about their "idealology"?? If McCain belonged to a church that espoused helping WHITE people only, you would be OK with that??? I wouldn't.

I understand the attrocities suffered by black people. We should never forget those things, but, how can we, as a Nation, move forward if it keeps being thrown out there......??? I think it just inflames the situation.

And, to the poster who asked about Oprah. YES, I have stopped watching and supporting her. Not because of the church she went to , but, due to some comments she made about "white folk" now working for HER, and the way in which she made these comments.

On the flip side, take out the word Black and see how you feel about those same ideas. I think you'd agree with all of them. As far as something similar saying 'White'...well, it doesn't need to...in most cases it's understood. It's like when people are offended by the idea of a TV channel for Black people....when all the other channels are 95% white. Or Black beauty pageants when the only way a Black woman can win Miss America is if she looks like a white woman with a dark tan. It's so easy not to be offended when you're a member of the majority. Not to feel disenfranchised, not to feel scorned, neglected, ignored or prejudged. I say walk a lifetime in their shoes and see if a church centered on your race wouldn't feel like the closest thing you'd find to God. I dare say that the vast majority of White McCain backers belong to almost exclusively White churches, and focus on the White families that they know, and focus on the education of their White children, etc.

And y'know, their ideology being all about their race doesn't threaten you just because you're of another race. They're not saying "Commitment to the Black Community and Destruction of the White Community", and I think that the bit about forswearing anti-intellectualism is brilliant, particularly considering the last 8 years...and take one look at the inner city schools in D.C., Baltimore, Chicago, etc to see how much more of a challenge that is for Black kids than White ones.

I say there's absolutely nothing to be threatened by there...no violence, no hatred, just people helping themselves and isn't that what the Republicans want???

I can see your points, and to a degree agree with much of what you said. I disagree with your Miss Black America point tho. Can a white woman enter that pageant??? If not, then it is NOT the same. There have been black Miss America's in the "regular" Miss America pageant.

I'm not sure I am following your analogy on the anti-intellectualism thing, tho. I think poor is poor, no matter of the color. Many of the children in inner-cities are poor. I don't see where the skin color comes in.

Yes, the Republicans want people to help themselves, but, I don't think they want to perpetuate the racial issue. IMO, churches or anyone else that continually dwell on the wrongs of the past, using them as excuses for the current day, are doing just that.

If you think that race based theology is not dangerous then maybe you should take a look back through the history books. Those KKK and Neo-nazi's you are talking about are actually race based religion followers, they happen to be on the extreme right. Black Liberation Theology is no better. . .just race based theology on the extreme left.

Your analogies don't even merit a response but here's a quick one. No Catholic approves of any kind of molestation of anyone. There are bad priests out there. They will have to answer to God for what they have done and woe to them. The Catholic Church is not a "race based" church. It does not preach that Catholics are here to uplift only Catholics, etc... as Obamas Church preached under the "leadership" of Mr. Wright. The true Catholic Church is a church of love, forgiveness and acceptance of anyone-love the sinner but hate the sin. If I knew I was attending a Catholic church where someone was being molested I would report it, follow up with it and if worse comes to worse attend another Catholic Church. If Obama didn't agree with what Mr. Wright was preaching he certainly could have found another church and in Chicago I'm sure there are other "black" churches to attend. No excuse for following that man's leadership unless you agreed with it. Mr. Wright does not seem like the type of preacher that you could attend his church and not know what he stands for. FYI Oprah left that church after less than two years.

Based on the above post, and your previous ignorant statements regarding this issue, nobody will ever change your mind, or your warped perception on the Catholic church, and Who it is we worship...

But here's a clue: Catholics (and other practicing Christians) do NOT worship the clergy members, we worship our Lord. The Catholic church is the house of God, so why would we abandon it? Especially at such a horrible time. That is when we needed to be even stronger in our faith, and make changes.

You have no idea of the extent of the changes and improvements in the Catholic church since those unspeakable crimes, but you don't want to know, either. It is WAY easier to sit in judgement (and less effort, too, right? LOL) to be the devil's advocate. You also have no idea (nor do you want to) that the overwhelming majority of priests and other clergy are good people who truly dedicated their lives to serving the Lord. They were all tarred by the same feather, so to speak, but they continue to do the work of God quietly, and millions of us are grateful for that.

Do yourself a favor and omit your ignorant religious rants from your arguments. Your point of view might not be lost on so many, then...

Devinmom, you really should read prdnme's post again....particularly the lines "Of course if you are catholic and love the church you didn't leave or denounce your faith." and "It is their relationship with the teachings of the church and the members of the congregation that feed their soul. The priests were only a part of their spiritual life." You're actually in agreement.

The point is, even members of the church were shocked by how virulent Wright became when he had his moment in the media. We can't know what he was preaching week after week because we weren't there. In the same way that a priest might preach one thing and secretly practice another, we can never really know what's in someone's heart...only what they say. In the same way that you worship your God and not your priest, Obama wasn't worshiping Wright.

Personally, I'd love to see a presidential race where religion can't even be mentioned. I want to know their political beliefs, not their religious beliefs. Last time I checked, it was a secular position...he's not running for head of the American church. Maybe if that were the way, we'd have had more than one Catholic president too!

Sure, but that was my point...they are judged by the White standard of beauty in the Miss America pageant and the only ones up on that stage look like white women, with straightened hair and Anglo features. I can certainly see the merit of a contest based on a more inclusive standard of beauty for Black women.

Not an analogy, just saying that it's nice to hear anyone vowing to fight anti-intellectualism. During this last administration, there was a backlash against educated "elitists" that defied logic. I hope that our next President, whoever wins, feels that same way. As far as poor is poor, absolutely, but according to this site ( Table 8. Free and reduced-price eligibility and racial/ethnic composition as a percentage of school district membership, and percentage of schools for which characteristic is reported, in the 100 largest school districts in the United States and juri ) the abysmal Baltimore school district is 88% Black and D.C.'s is 84%. Those are the two worst school districts that I know of and living proof that 'separate but equal' is still, in many children's lives, a theory not a practice.

Yes, the Republicans want people to help themselves, but, I don't think they want to perpetuate the racial issue. IMO, churches or anyone else that continually dwell on the wrongs of the past, using them as excuses for the current day, are doing just that.
But see...I'm assuming you're white, as am I. We don't have 'racial issues', so of course it's easier for us to say that we don't want to hear about them. It's like saying that I don't think any focus should be placed on testicular or prostate cancer simply because I'm a woman and will never deal with those problems. In a perfect world, race would no longer be an issue, but last time I checked things were far from perfect. And I think it also helps to realize that as far as discrimination we're not talking about the distant past...for some people, we're talking about this morning.

To TheMomo,

I reread the post twice before I ever responded. I stand by my post. It is pointless to try to enlighten someone who claims that "organized religion is the most hypocritical thing out there" and then goes on with the strange and ignorant analogies that were contained in the post.

Thanks for trying, though.

Those are the two worst school districts that I know of and living proof that 'separate but equal' is still, in many children's lives, a theory not a practice.
So, let me make sure I have this correct. Are you saying they are poor BECAUSE they are black? I want to make sure I am clear on exactly what you are trying to say here before I comment.

I'm not saying I don't want to hear about them. We must hear about the past to not have a repeat in the future. I also believe that people in general need to not carry around their baggage for all of eternity. Take Pearl Harbor for instance. Have you been??? Seen the video??? Been to the memorial?? It's awful and needs to be spoken of. We have learned from it and moved forward. I don't doubt that people are descriminated against, black, white, red, all of them..... I just don't see how awarding special privelages to people will help the situation??

It has absolutely nothing to do with the color of his skin.....he is a radical, and he is trying to hide it...he has affliations with other radicals that should scare people to death.....Have you ever heard..."Where there is smoke, there is fire"...every time he is asked about his affliation with some of these people..like Rev. Wright....he says "thats not the Jeremiah Wright I have known"....Oh thats not the Bill Ayers I knew"....DOes he think people are stupid???? These people can be in his inner circle but they arent the extremist he knows??????? Oh and about the rest of the list....The liberal media wont even ask him questions like that....they continually throw the Messiah softballs, while Charlie looks his nose down at Sara Palin like she is some piece of trash....the condensending tone he used with her was more than apparent.....Now if you wont to accuse someone of being racist.....Oprah is as racist as they come...she says she isnt getting into politics....UHHHHHHH EXCUSE me....thats why Obama has been on her show twice and she is out campaigning for him. Now she refuses to interview Palin....I quit watching her a long time ago because of her racism....You go ahead and believe that people dont like him because he is black....if you want to...but for me that isnt so...and I beleive it isnt so for alot of people, I just think they can see what he really is......Unlike some people I listen to what he says, and he says basically nothing...and he has done basically nothing....thats why I wont be voting for him.....He is a flip flopper and he is a liar.....thats enough for me.....SHerri

But, Sherri, don't you know, Oprah's allowed to be racist, she's black!! We get freaked out by some radical, and because of that and that alone, we're racists. And, about the BET, black beauty pagents and the like, (referring to Momo's comment) that IS racist!! It's perfectly fine for there to be TV shows and movies where whites are called crackers, honkies, whitey, etc.??? That's racism!!! And it's OK for that to be said, it's funny. Chris Rock and other comedians are always knocking white people. It could never be reversed--could you just imagine??? When did the white bashing become OK? And, add me to the can't stand Oprah list....AND NOT BECAUSE SHE'S BLACK FOR PETE'S SAKE, but because of her left of center (MY OPINION) beliefs, and basically her "I'm bigger that God" attitude. THAT'S MY OPINION OF HER AND HOW I TAKE HER!

I did some soul searching, and I am scared of Obama, I couldn't give two hoots about his color of skin, I'm freaked out because I believe he's a quiet radical.

YouTube - Obama Slips on TV: "My Muslim faith."
Well this thread has talked about a great many interesting things, but I do want to go back to the original OP post. This YouTube clip is only 11 seconds long and has just the "misstatements" and a great deal has been discussed about it.
YouTube - Obama's "My Muslim Faith" -- in context
This link is a larger section of the interview, over 5 minutes long and the statement is roughly 3 minutes into it.

While I am not an Obama supporter, when you hear the statement IN CONTEXT it is not what you are suggesting. They were discussing how people keep thinking he is a muslim and so he says "my muslim faith" and George says "your christian faith" Obama then EXPLAINS that he means how McCain has not said He (Obama) has a muslim faith. Goodness gracious I am all for finding flaws of the opposing candidates. But THIS is NOT one of them.

Lets discuss truth and the real issues of our differences. This is too much like when internet bloggers said Palin's baby wasn't hers, without any real proof to back it up.

Devinmom I obviously threaten you to some extent based on my views of the religious faith. More people have been killed in the name of religion than any other reason. I do not expect you to understand that not all people believe in god. I do not begrudge anyone that believes differently than I do, I do not think they are ignorant or stupid. I understand that they simply have another view.I have as much right to post my thoughts on the hypocrosy of religion as you do to embrace your love for it. If you actually read the post I never insulted the catholic faith only a few of the people who preached it. It is a valid analogy if you are too obtuse to understand it that is your problem

You obviously must have a guilty conscience because YOU stated in another forum that people who are defensive are so usually because they have a guilty conscience....and you are ALWAYS defensive and complaining about how picked on you are.......sometimes your own words can come back and bite you in the @$$

I sure would like to see some quotes (and links) from Obama which would indicate his radical affiliation. Heck, if you can come up with just one, I would be surprised.
