Biden Calls Ad Mocking McCain 'Terrible'

I'm beginning to wonder if any of those email rumours about Biden dropping out are true because he doesn't seem to be on board with Obama. Biden has no judgement (as proven earlier when he said that he wasn't the best running mate choice! ROFL). I think that Obama made a terrible choice in his selection of a running mate. Regardless of your political stance, it's telling when any Presidential candidate flubs the most important decision and Obama chose Biden as his partner. I'm surprised that Obama hasn't given Biden a lower profile by now since Biden doesn't appear to be smart enough to know when to shut up. While I respect Biden for admitting that the ad was awful, it's probably not a good move to call your running mate's ad 'terrible' if you want to see him elected but after Biden's other remark, nothing he says now will surprise me.

I'm actually starting to like Binden more and more. At least when somebody asks him a question he gives an honest answer. Maybe. . just maybe, it shows that he actually has some integrity! I might have to write him in.

Btw-did you see the backpedal statement later put out? Gee. . .I wonder who wrote that for him. :blech:

I enjoy his sense of humor and intelligence. I have issues with his comb over ..... Luckily, I'm not voting on looks.

Yeah, that and his excessive use of tooth whitener.

I'd love to see a picture of him when he was younger. . .I bet he was actually a pretty good looking guy.

LOL.
I enjoy listening to Biden.
He difinitely made a gaffe in saying what he did. I expect it will be featured in one of McCain's campaign ads.
I still think he is a great running mate, though.

Personally, I did not like the ad that he is referring to either.

Me either. It is not as bad as some that McCain is running about Obama but still 2 wrongs don't......

But I still think Biden is a good complement to the ticket.

I think Biden and McCain are old friends, aren't they? He's probably telling the truth when he said if he had known about the ad he wouldn't have approved of it.

Both parties are slinging the mud and I think it's only going to get worse as we get closer to the election. I just wish both parties would quit it and tell us what THEY'RE going to do while they're in office.

Joe Biden was a much better choice for Senator Obama than Palin was for McCain

Sarah Palin: Happy to Kill Caribou, but Terrified of the Press.

Maybe with good reason. . .

What is she so afraid of???

Sigh.

Why don't you for once explain why you feel the way you do instead of just zipping in to insult a Republican or rah rah a Democrat. I note that you pay Obama the respect of using his Senator title but don't afford the same courtesy to Senator McCain. Using the title for only one doesn't demean the other candidate but reflects very poorly on you. It's childish behavior.

If you want anyone to value your opinions, you need to explain your political remarks. Why was Biden a much better choice for Obama than Palin was for McCain? The polls seem to indicate that overall, McCain's voting base approve of Palin and his numbers went up after his choice of VP was announced. Palin hasn't embarrassed McCain and the same can't be said for Biden regarding Obama. Do you think that Obama was pleased to hear that his own running mate told the press that Obama chose poorly in such an important decision?

It seems to me that [so far] Palin has been a plus for McCain. What sort of proof do you have that indicates Biden is a "much better choice" for Obama than Palin was for McCain"?

Yeah, like McCain saying our economy was fundamentally strong and then having to backpeddle the next very next day......yeah let HIM keep talking! This country is in dire straits financially and he has no grasp of the reality of the situation.

Yeah. . .that's why it's a good idea to give the UN $845 billion dollars.

My sentiments exactly!!!! Quit slinging mud. Tell me exactly what plan to do, exactly how, and exactly why. Details! Show me why I should vote for you, and cut all the crap!!!!! And....the people of BOTH parties need to learn some kindness towards on another. Quit the name calling!!! You can have strong convictions, but you don't have to be nasty and call others names.I may not agree with you or your party, but I don't have to call you stupid, uneducated, nut jobs, etc.

I have noticed political yard signs taken or torn down for both parties in my area. What does that accomplish??? I would never dream of damaging a political sign on another persons property. Common decency, people.

I believe, if not mistaken, it is against the law to remove, damage or in any other way do anything to a politcal candidates signs. Might just be our county tho...

Ok -- I'll fess up. But it was for a very good cause. I have never put anyone's sign in my yard, except one time. I had very personal knowledge of someone running and the thought of this person in an elected office just totally creeped me out. The day before the election, I was driving down the road and saw around 10 signs for his compeditor along a lonely street. That night, under the cover of darkness, I drove out there, turned my head lights off and stole one of the signs. I then displayed that sign very proudly in my yard the day of the election in hopes it might influence at least one person's vote.

Was that "stealing" under the law ????

I am glad to say the result was a landslide against the slimeball ....

YouTube - Katie Couric: Joe Biden Interview

Katie cracks me up..

She said "Do you need to be UBER careful..."

LOL!

Doesn't surprise me one bit that Katie and her Production staff totally didn't catch that little "glitch" in misinformation. Katie was probably just sucking it up thinking "uber cool, uber cool" LOL

I believe that's due in large part to the fact that the press/media has restricted access to Palin.

I wouldn't exactly say Palin hasn't embarassed McCain. Her presence on the ticket is refutation of all he claimed to be.
