My state is not listed. Someone is falling down on the job around here. It's also interesting that quite of few of those listed are state that I've heard or read have pretty poor educational systems. You have to wonder what they are spending their money on.

My state's not listed either. So I guess my tax dollars are subsidizing Alaskans, even while Alaskans are getting a huge rebate from their own state.
