The war aside, here's a brain teaser for you.....

Bill Clinton takes the 9:30 train from Washington, DC to upstate New York on January 20, 2001, leaving behind a 230 billion dollar surplus. His train travels at the speed of 120 miles an hour and makes a 1 hour stop in Poughkeepsie, NY. Nine passengers board the train and 15 passengers get off. Meanwhile, George W Bush arrives at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC, coming from Midland, TX. Eight years later the United States has a 400 billion dollar deficit. WTF???
