What size would that be in US size??

With their sizing, they break in into height/weight/age and on their site the breakdown is 58-62" tall. 75-95 lbs and 11-13 yrs. Based on my children (and we own this dress in a 160), I'd say this dress will fit most children from sizes 10 thru 14. A lot of Hanna's clothes fit most kids thru a few sizes. If you email me other brands and sizes she wears, I can give you a better clue too
