ISO: Little girls dollhouse & vanity in AZ

I would love to get my daughter a play vanity and/or a dollhouse for Christmas- she is 6 so the vanity needs to be "her" size...I prefer a folding dollhouse but will consider others- both items need to be in good condition (and reasonably priced) as they will be gifts...
