I have many Magic Tree House books that we are done reading. We read these aloud to our boys when they were 6 & 7 and they loved them!! 1-8 and 9-16 are in boxed sets. #1 has its front cover torn off from our puppy. ALL the rest are pristine with only minor wear. I then also have books 18-20 and 24-27(these 4 have never been read). All of these are paperback.

In addition, I have 3 hardcover books: 31,32, and 34. The hardcover books have never been read and cost 11.95 ea. The soft-cover reatail for 3.99 for the individual books.

I would like to sell these as a set, if possible. Take them all for 35.00 shipped. (That is the cost of the 3 hard-cover books in the local bookstore!!)
