(H) 22 oz Yankee Candle and Electric Candle Warmer

I have a 22 oz Honeydew Melon Yankee Candle and this electric candle warmer:

I'd like $18 shipped for the yankee candle, $15 shipped for the warmer or $24 shipped for both of them. They are heavy.
