Looking for American Girl Books, clothing, accessories

I've bought my DDs each an American Girl Doll for Christmas this year. I'm looking for any accessories or clothing in good condition to go along with them.

I'm also looking for American Girl books - especially the ones like the Care and Keeping of you, Care and Keeping of Friends, Giggles, etc.
