FS-'Hungry Girl' Cookbook by Lisa Lillien I bought this in April when it came out for around $18.00 "Recipes and Survival Strategies for Guilt-Free Eating in the Real World" There are 14 Chapters and 315 pages of recipes, tips, and funny anecdotes and lots of info. Each recipe has calorie count, fat content, fiber, carb, sugar and protien grams. WeightWatches points for each recipe are available on the Hungry Girl website. The book is in exellent condition, and I can mail it 'media mail' for around $2.60. I'd like $6.00 pp in exchange.
