Used to LOVE shopping but moved to Costa Rica, shopping here is very different. Really miss the malls.

coopermays.... I have a friend that is building a bed and breakfast in Costa Rica and hopes to soon move there permanently with her children. From the photos she has shown me, Costa Rica is gorgeous. Internet service is hard to come by though and the storms this past summer played havoc on her communications with the states.

I'm also a very loyal Publix customer, because of their cleanliness, wonderful customer service and great selection -- especially the meats and produce. I joined last week. I don't use coupons that much, but I do use some. I love free samples when I can get them. I end up buying a lot of products that I try. I only get on here some while I'm working night shifts to pass time when I'm not busy. There is a lot here that I haven't checked out yet, but I do see a lot of interesting posts.

It took me a week to find the "Introdue yourself" thread though. LOL!

Alot of these coupons are no good. The manufacturer is not accepting them and most of the stores are onto it and will not be taking coupons that are printed out. People are losing their jobs over these coupons and at this time in our economy, they cannot afford to lose a job for accepting bogus coupons. I know they look real, but they are not. So it would be best in everyones interest to stop wasting your time and ink printing these coupons.

Hey all! Mark from Texas, I have never used coupons ever! But now that I have worked hard and made some money, I am thinking how to keep it. So even though I despise the very thought of having to use a coupon. I have come to the conclusion I might as well try them at least on stuff I buy anyway and especially if I can find them for bigger ticket items. So Grumpy as I am, I'm here to learn and may need allot of help!

Hi, I'm new to the whole experience of online coupon searching--and I've already had a bad experience. Is there a blog to discuss particular offers or groups of offers? Somewhere I found what looked like a guaranteed-safe site, which required signing up for a bunch of offers in order to get a grocery card worth $200 or $250. I'm now out about $300 in charges from companies that say I didn't cancel in time...etc. I don't want to complain about it here, I just am asking if there is a blog on this site where it would be appropriate to ask questions/post warnings?

My name is Sue and I'm a Special Ed. teacher in Bucks County, PA. I work with High School age students with a variety of challenges in addition to their Autism. I'm hoping to set up a small in-house "business" to help them develop some work skills. We are currently clipping and sorting tons and tons of coupons and I am trying to find out how they can get a bit of money for their time and labor through forums like this one.
