1. Log on to the Captain D site and fill out the Capt D "join the club"
(not join the birthday) You can join the birthday but i dont know if you get a free meal and it states for kids only on birthdays

2. After you fill it in with your name and address and email address it send you a thank you for joining captain d's email with a link for a free two peice dinner fish OR Chicken, fries and one hush puppy totally free.

3. you select you location (all over USA) in your city and print
(you can print more than one also)

I have use it with my three email accounts at 3 different captain d's in memphis tn.

1. You have to have a valid email address
2. You have to show a photo id some times ( i have done it 3 times with 3 different email address with my same name and twice they asked for id)

3. You have to go inside, you can not do it at the drive through
but you CAN get it to go

4. It expires 11/28/09, but could be longer, like depending on when you sign up for the coupon it could automaticly expire in two weeks from the date that you get it online.

5. It state it is "GOOD PER ONE EMAIL ADDRESS"

what is soooooo troubling is that the Captain d's here in Memphis TN have no clue the coupon exist.. They Ponder over it with the management, etc
and have no button on the cash resister to key it in... but all three times i was sold " sorry mam, heres your free dinner" and they were quite polite about it.

here is what you get after you submit with a good email address... no where does it say on the site you get a free dinner, it is after you join you go check your email (spam mail ) and find the capt d email that says thank you and has a link on the email to click on for the coupon for the free dinner.

IT READS as follows:
