I took mine into my local HF in Grand Chute, WI and they wouldnt honor it..saying I had to use it ONLINE! (no where does it say that you have to use it online). They had a lot of these available! There is no contact number listed on there web site to email or ask corporate or any help line! Unreal! I buy from my local store frequently!
