Thanks for that. And thank you for suggesting the honesty part. Why it may be obvious to us on here there are so many people who inadvertantly ruin something for everyone else by doing something unscrupulous. Honesty is always best. And in fact, I had been in the habit of only writing to companys or businesses if I had a problem. A few weeks ago I wrote to a fast food restaraunt about the excellent service I got and they told me in another email that the employee would be recognized for that. That is a nicer feeling then getting someone in trouble. Although I have had to talk to the big manager at my Walgreens several times for bad service from ONE person. Sorry this is so long.

Bumping for coupon users that may not have seen this. Also wanted to post that Lofthouse the sugar cookie company sent me 3 separate envelopes in the past couple of weeks after an email to them about how awesome their pink sugar cookies are. (serious diet smashers). 2 with a few coupons in each and one with coupons and a reusable shopping bag.

I recently sent an email to Totino's (the pizza company) telling them that I noticed they were starting to skimp on the cheese. I mean you could literally could the pieces of cheese on the dang pizza. I love their product. It's inexpensive and fast to fix and it tastes really good. Anyway, I actually received a phone call about it, and the lady was very nice. She said they may have had an issue with their machines or something. Never mentioned any coupons, but about a week later, I got a letter with 5 coupons for free pizza's!

They are a division of GM, but if you send thru this form any comments, you will probably get a personal response. I love that in a company...you really don't see it anymore! And, please...like others have suggested, don't abuse this. These folks are very nice and I would hate to sour their opinion of the American public...

I sent an e-mail to scott tissue just the other day. I had a roll of tp that was not perforated and it just torn all over the place. I had recently purchase a 12pk I told them all though I didn't have the code they were looking for but here is the UPC code. They accepted that .....

Today I receive 4 coupons in the mail. 1 for a free 12pk of tp., $1.00 for any tp,napkins,or tissues, 2 50 cents for any tp napkins or tissue........

They were very nice I think.
