I did this and it automatically subscribed me to 17 Magazine. Tried to cancel, but not having any luck. Any ideas?

THIS IS A SCAM!

No, this is not a scam. There are lots of magazine sponsored contests/giveaways that if you don't read the fine print you are signed up for a subscription. DD didn't read close enough for a contest she entered and also started a subscription that she already had. Just wait for the invoice and write cancel on it and send back. No biggie.
There is a place to click that says something close to click here to enter if you already subscribe. Contests have to have a place to enter that doesn't require a purchase to enter.

there is one more way to cancel your subscription online after the first issue arrives (this way you won't need to pay for the postage ) - on the main page , upper left corner click customer service, then cancel your subscription, fill the form.

There is a place right on the form to click no to subscribing. What I found funny is that when I put 1962 as my birth year it told me I did not fit the age requirements so I changed it to 1984 and it went through fine!

Yes, you have to be 13-20 something...I just enter my daughter because she was born in 1993 (she's 15)... ~Lisa
