I actually have a plan today. It's a high of 79 today with rain this afternoon. Several of you made meatloaf last night and that sounds good.

So we're having meatloaf, scalloped potatoes & peas.

I've got some peaches that are getting old, so I think I'm going to make a peach cobbler tonight or tomorrow to use those up.

So what are you all having tonight for dinner?

I think we'll have a frozen pizza. My girls have allergies really bad right now and feel terrible and I haven't felt so well either so they'll enjoy something simple and I'll enjoy not cooking!

Leftovers from last night. Last night I had made a pork loin roast and for the first time in my life I used a rub on it. I am still amazed how fantastic it came out. (watch me pat myself on the back)

I have leftover chineese from yesterday's lunch, so I may have that. If I change my mind, I have left over meatloaf and potatoes. Either way, it is going to be leftovers

We're having chicken stir fry...I think. That's what the plan is, but it doesn't sound that appealing to me, so we may wind up having something else instead.

Well, I never made the chicken and biscuits last night. Got home and both dd's were taking care of their own dinner. Soooo, I made Kung Po Chicken for dh and I. Wow, it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. I will definately make it again. (it was a kit but it was delish!)

Tonight my girls are having a friend over so it's LC pizza tonight. I've got laundry to deal with and probably something in the garden needs tending to so no cooking for me.

The meatloaf sounded good to me too! I've just put one in the oven. We'll have it with corn on the cob, peas, and red skinned potatoes. Have a wonderful evening.

All this talk about meatloaf has me wanting to make cajun meatloaf lol

Can you please post how you make your cajun meatloaf. (I'm not a real good cook,my meatloaf is my meatball receipe formed into a loaf and yours sounds yummy )

Tonight we are having (sausage/pepperoni/ham) homemade pizza. I just pulled more cucumbers & tomatoes from my garden so I will make a cucumber & tomato salad with some of them for DD & I and just a cut up cucumber for DH. We have cucumbers coming out our ears....In the last three days I have pulled 20 of them out of the garden . I have to remember to only plant ONE plant next year!!!! LOL.

I'm taking it easy tonight,made some pasta salad this morning,have a pitcher of margaritas chilling and dh is cooking hamburgers on the grill. I'm also making one of his favorite side dishes with fresh okra,frozen corn and Rotel,simple and quick cooking.
