I am having leftovers...

Last night, I had some boneless chicken breasts that I needed to use. I diced them and sauteed with some blackening season and garlic salt. Then, I added diced zucchini, fresh spinach, and peas. I put that over wheat linguine and topped with light alfredo sauce. Pretty yummy actually....

Youngest dd is still at camp, DH is still out of town, so it was just oldest dd and me. We went out for Chinese.

Pork chops ,
French fries,
Tomatoes,
Garden salad,
warm bread sticks

I was on my own so I went to Wegmans. They have these new dinners for $6 and $10 where you get an entree and 2 sides. I had brown sugar bbq grilled chicken breast, red roasted potatoes and broccoli with a basting oil. They give you alot for $6 so I am having the left overs for lunch tomorrow
