We're going to try a new recipe for stuffed salmon. We'll have leftover corn on the cob and I think fresh green beans again.

it feels like fall here today so that triggered my roast meat or stew craving - threw a roast and vegs in the crockpot so now all that's left for me to do till suppertime is watch soaps and eat bon-bons ;-)

We had crock salsa chicken,chicken flavored rice,a nice big platter of fresh yellow squash thinly sliced,battered and fried,fresh cucumbers and iced tea. Good old southern cooking!

It was cold and blustery today here too, so we had pork chops, mashed potatos and gravy and corn.........our family favorite, so comfort food!!
