My menu is just about identical to yours dobratt, we're also having watermelon and we won't have homemade ice cream but I think everything else is listed. So, good menu!

I also got a few cans of apple pie filling for $1, I might try to make mini apple pies for the bbq.

Not a thing since I have to work. Wouldn't mind cooking out but our weather has been horrible. I haven't seen the sun in soooooooo long! Think I'm either going to get webbed feet or gills soon!

We're going to the lake where our trailer is and they put on a huge chicken BBQ, so that's what we're eating. I'll have something fun for dessert tho, something red, white and blue.

Since we'll be out at the boat dock, I'm going to have a bunch on hand. (Everyone just kind of goes from dock to dock and eats!) I'll have:

Italian sausage w/ red peppers and onions (hoagie rolls)
Hamburgers
Hot dogs
Pasta salad
Potato salad
Baked beans
Fruit salad
Chips

For apps around the fire:
Shrimp cocktail
SiSi's Cilantro dip and salsa w/ chips
Smore's fixin's (for Smores we've been using the Keebler Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies in place of graham crackers...HEAVEN I tell ya!)

And I know there's more, but I can't remember! I took it all out there yesterday!

That sounds fun. We sold our trailer yesterday. We've kind of outgrown it, the girls down fit well in the bunks anymore and oldest is a sophomore and has totally lost interest. Sad. It's the end of an era! DH and I think we'll wait a couple years and maybe buy a new one that's more for us that the girls could join us if they wanted to. I'm really kinda bummin'!

Oh well, tomorrow we'll go to DH's Brothers. He always has a big deal. They serve fried chicken from WalMart (which is really good!) Everyone brings a side. Youngest saw a recipe for a Patriotic Cake she wants to make and I'm going to make a layered taco dip.

So far we are grilling hamburgers and chicken breasts. I'm also going to make some chicken salad. I'm also toying with the idea of making a no bake cheesecake with homemade strawberry sauce.

As far as I know, it will only be DH and me tomorrow, so I'm planning on grilled chicken, potato salad, baked beans, and homemade strawberry and/or blueberry ice cream.
