I'm trying a new recipe tonight for a turkey club bake. It sounds kind of like a pizza with sandwich toppings. You make the crust with Bisquick and pre-bake it. That's topped with a mixture of turkey (I'll use chicken since I have some leftover in the fridge), bacon, onions, and mayo. Then sprinkle on a chopped tomato and colby-jack cheese and heat until warm. We'll have potato chips and pickles with it.

I'm not a fan of the boxed pasta salad mixes, but we're trying a recipe for a "souped up" edition! You make the Classic Suddenly Salad mix, then add diced ham and artichokes and then spice up the dressing a little. We'll see.

ETA, I think we'll have a bag of frozen peas with it.
