I have a London Broil marinating in the fridge while I'm at work. We'll grill that up and have some type of potatoes, a veggie, and some fresh sliced peaches and blueberries with it.

There's something screwy going on with posting right now. When I started this thread it took 10-15 minutes for it to show up in the forum. In fact, right now at 3:37, the last thread showing on the main forum page is NightFlier's post at 1:01. The boards are really, really slow being updated today. Or, purposely delayed.

They aren't purposely delayed. I contacted tech, and they are looking into the problem, so hopefully they will have it fixed soon.

I'm going to try making chicken nuggets tonight. There's some leftover mashed taters that DH can have, and I'll make some kind of veggie.

How do you cook your eye of round steaks? I've seen those at a good price, but I've never cooked them.

Thanks!
