Tasty Tuesday

Whats on the menu for everyone tonight?

I'm making teriyaki glazed pork chops, fried rice, and snap peas. If I feel ambitious, I'll make either pumpkin squares or something with apples, since there's an abundance of them!

I am going to Chic Fil A to use the gift certificate I didn't get to use last week. I woke up way to early today so this morning I made tomorrow's dinner already, all I have to do is bake it. I made the turkey pot pie recipe that was on the Stove Top box, it looks and smelled yummy

I need to stop and do some grocery shopping on my way home from work, so I'm thinking I'll pick up something quick and easy. Maybe smoked sausage, boxed au gratin potatoes, and frozen green beans.

I have country style ribs in the crockpot. We'll have steamed broccoli and 'll probably make macaroni and cheese or french fries. It's just me and DH, so I might just make the broccoli and have some garlic toast to go with it.

We were all going different directions tonight so we kinda fended for ourselves. Youngest dd had a hot pocket, oldest dd had a lean cuisine, DH made an omelet & toast and I had soup and a cheese quesadilla. I had a filling replaced today, so I wanted something soft.

Hey linny, zucchini boats with sausage stuffing sound like something we might like. Would you share how you make those???

Thanks!
