What to do with evaporated milk?

Can i use it in soups just like milk?

Yep - you can use it in anything just like milk...

The first two things that came to my mind are fudge and mac & cheese! Evaporated milk has had half the water removed,so when using it in cooking,use half water,half canned milk.

it's also good to replace heavy cream in recipes just don't dilute it

I saw a recipe for caramel apples that used evap. milk..
