Thumbs up Dollar-Stretcher Crunchy Chicken Scarpiello

I've been a stay-at-home MyCoupons mom for a while, but this is my first time posting here. This recipe is an "upscale at home meal" alternative to going out to eat, so you save money that way and as a bonus, the yield is doubled by slicing the chicken breast in half lengthwise!

It's entered in a contest and I need votes since I've been too shy to enter & post earlier , so please vote daily & TRY IT - you'll LOVE it!

I voted too - it sounds fabulous!

(I'm so cheap, however, that when I make it, I'll try roasting my own peppers and making my own pesto sauce. Thanks for sharing.)
