 Dollar-Stretcher Crunchy Chicken Scarpiello
I've been a stay-at-home MyCoupons mom for a while, but this is my first time posting here. This recipe is an "upscale at home meal" alternative to going out to eat, so you save money that way and as a bonus, the yield is doubled by slicing the chicken breast in half lengthwise! I voted too!! a good inexpensive place to buy roasted peppers is at Fresh and Easy and a cheap place for pesto is a target HTH
