Looking for Coconut sour cream frosting.

I'm looking for a Coconut sour cream frosting. It was equal amounts of sour cream and sugar and I can't remember the rest of the recipe. I do remember that it always tasted better after setting in the refrigerator overnight. The recipe my stepmother had was called "Green Coconut cake". Would anyone have this recipe? Thanks

I found this recipe for frosting. There are several negative reviews, however, the majority
is favorable and provide helpful hints (including refrigerating it before use).

I also found this recipe. The ingredient amounts for the frosting vary slightly from the first,
and the entire cake is refrigerated instead of just the frosting.

NightFlier,

Thanks so much. I think the first one was what my stepmother used, however I think I will try the second one. If anyone makes this type of frosting, it's better to make the frosting the night before. Bake cake, cool, split layers and add filling. Store the cake in the refrigerator over night or at least 4 or 5 hours before serving.
