What's cooking for Tuesday?

I have a PTA meeting tonight, so it will be something quick and easy for me and DS (DH is in Memphis). I think I will make popcorn shrimp, fries, and salad.

What are ya'll having?

Easy night here, too. DH is out of town and youngest dd has an indoor soccer game, so we're having frozen cheese ravioli with Ragu sauce & garlic bread after the game.

I think we're having spaghetti and meatballs tonight too. I have some homemade sauce leftover from the other night (we had meatball floats) so I'll just use that with the meatballs I made when our freezer crapped out and I had to cook all the meat I could save. OR the girls may just want floats again, which I guess would work too.

I'm going break the italian chain here! We're going out for mexican! Either seafood enchiladas or popeye platter (chicken breast w/ sauteed spinach and mexican cheese sauce over it and then put it in tortillas). Haven't decided yet!

Me and the hubby are having pepper and egg sandwiches because I am in the mood. I have no idea what to make for the picky kids ~ something easy. Any ideas?
