leftovers--I have stuffing, yams and cranberries

I have already made potato soup with the leftover mashed potatoes. I have stuffing, yams and cranberry sauce left over. Any ideas to use these leftovers. They do not necessarily need to be used together

Can you stuff the stuffing into something like pork chops? The cranberry sauce can be used a side dish for any meat and the yams well just eat them while you cook the other stuff lol.

Cranberry sauce…

Make vinaigrette for a salad
Add to cake/muffin mix
Use as a dipping sauce

Cranberry Sandwiches

1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼-½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce, well chilled

In a small bowl combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended and
creamy (spreadable). Add the nuts and mix well. Set aside. *A little powdered sugar and
orange zest could also be added.

Slice the cranberry sauce into about ¼” inch rounds. Spread some cream cheese mixture
on 1 round and place another round on top, sandwich style. Cut each round in half.

Yams…

Add to cake/muffin mix
Use as the topping for ‘Turkey Shepherd’s Pie’
Bisque

Dressing…

Open Face ‘Sandwiches’

Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap (let it hang over the sides of the pan to make removal
easier) then press the dressing into the pan and refrigerate until chilled. Remove from
pan, slice into ‘bread’ slices and sauté in butter until heated through and lightly browned
on both sides. Transfer to serving dishes, top each slice with warm leftover turkey/ham,
drizzle with warm leftover gravy and top with leftover cranberry sauce.
