Wild Wednesday!!

Let the craziness begin...... I have a list a mile long of stuff that needs prepped and set-up! It's all so worth it when the family gets here and we get to spend the day together though!!

So, tonight, I'm going ultra easy. We'll have ravioli w/ meat sauce, side salads and garlic bread.

Today is hubby's birthday and it stinks I have to work. Got lots to do tonight for tomorrow too, but going to make hubby what he requested for his b-day dinner. Beef roast (dry rubbed and roasted), some sort of potatoes (he and the girls want mashed but I don't want them 2 days in a row.....altho I'm sure they'll win) and whatever veggie he wants.

I made an incredible ice cream cake for his b-day cake, he prefers mine to store bought. Since he's a chocoholic, it's got a layer of triple chocolate chunk cake, a layer of hot fudge, another layer of the cake and then chocolate seduction ice cream all over. OMG it looks so good, can't wait to cut it tonight!

Happy Thanksgiving gals!!!

Happy birthday do your DH, Janenga!

We are going to the Cheesecake Factory. It's belated birthday for my youngest who turned 15 back in September. We've been busy on the weekends, she's been gone (at friends), and/or she couldn't decide where she wanted to go, so we're finally going tonight.

Wouldn't be my first choice - I'm not real crazy about their food - but dessert will be good!

Lisa

J- Happy birthday to the big guy!! I don't blame ya on the mashed, but I have a feeling too, that's what you'll be having!!!

Lisa- I agree with you! I do love their cheesecake though!!!

Well, our menu changed. I didn't get home until a few minutes ago...ugh. We're going out for bugers real quick at the local grille and then, I'll work on all the food here.
