Whats your dinner plans for tonight....dining in or eating out? We'll be eating in, since we are leaving for vacation tomorrow and need to finalize all our packing! I'll be serving italian sausage sandwiches, chips and cucumber salad.

It's 1 pm and I have no idea what's for dinner.... UGH!
I don't even know what sounds good?!?
It's supposed to be a rainy, wet weekend around here so I'm holding off on the crockpot soup dinner til tomorrow or Sunday after church.

Probably don't need ANYTHING! LOL Ate enough at Thanksgiving to coast me into Christmas.

If I need a last minute, I might do sloppy joes. At least that gets it done right?

We ate at our favorite Mexican place tonight.

DH & I have a tradition. Every year, usually the 1st week of December, he takes a day off and we get most of our Christmas shopping done. That was today. 9 hours. We're beat. We got a huge chunk done. We need to make a big Amazon order and I think we will be almost done! It's fun to spend the day together and making progress on our lists!

Okay, so does your husband have a brother?!!!! LOL!! I could NEVER, in a million years, get my husband to go shopping with me....unless, it's to the Sears tool area!! We'll get somewhere and within 5 minutes, he declares hes "done!"

LOL! We started the day in the Sears tool area!!! We both hate to shop. That's why we go together and make a day of it. We've done it since the days my girls were in day care. It's the only day that we would both take off work and leave them in daycare. He actually has great input in some places that is helpful. Others...not so much. LOL! It is impossible for me to pick out gifts for our nephews and he is great. The little kids have always loved the toys he picks out. It usually turns out to be a tiring but productive (and enjoyable) day! And, he declares he's done several times during the day and leaves me to pay while he's waiting outside - usually "smelly" stores - candles, perfumes, Bath & Body, etc.
