We had chicken breast with stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, peas & gravy.

We had leftovers....steak fajitas, chicken-noodle casserole, pork chop and green beans. And youngest dd made mac & cheese because "nothing sounded good". UGH!

On Sunday I made a creamy onion garlic sauce to cover some steaks, and had some extra sauce left, so I thickened it up to make a creamy gravy and added some browned ground beef to it and put it over egg noodles.
