Good Morning
Is anyone cooking tonight? I am making one of my throw together casseroles using some leftovers. I had some mashed ptatoes and stuffing, as well as some roast beef from the deli counter, so I made a casserole, similar to the one I did with turkey.

We're having grilled flank steak salad and grilled breadsticks.

It's out of a diabetic magazine. We don't have diabetes, but this salad is really good.

Tonight was our annual Christmas outting with our good friends! We went to Danny Boys. I had a broccoli, chicken, bacon pizza that had a pesto ranch sauce on it and a side salad DH and I shared. It was beyond delish!!
