Tis Tuesday

GOOD MORNING!

I'm trying to use up stuff in the fridge, since I'll be needing the space for the dishes I prepare ahead of time. I'm finding it a little difficult, with a little of this and a little of that!

Anyhow, I'll be making Italian Breaded Pork Chops Recipe - Allrecipes.com (to use up the remainder of the parmesan cheese!), augratin potatoes, and brussel sprouts.

What are you all making?

I'm having the same problem and doing the same thing!

Tonight we are having Carribbean Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Corn Salsa, steamed broccoli & carrots and sliced multigrain baguette.

It was really good! Instead of the sliced baguette, I made brown basmati rice. Next time, I will skip the rice and double the salsa instead.

We had Chineese. Pork egg rolls, wonton soup, pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and general tso's chicken. The place we order from runs this special and they give you a lot of food, so there is enough for lunch and dinner today as well.
