| Boxing Day Dinner
I am making DH some split pea soup with some of the leftover ham. I'll have leftover salmon and we'll both have company sweet potatoes.

We are having chicken fried steak fingers (from Tyson) with pepper gravy, mashed potatoes, and baby carrots. For dessert I'm thinking of opening a can of cinnamon rolls
