DH still had leftover ham and split pea soup with ham. I am going to have something easy like a salad or something.

I'm making chicken tortilla soup. DH usually needs a little more than just soup, so I'll make him some basic nachos to go with it.

Hope you all had a great Christmas!!!!

We finally had our Christmas dinner with my side of the family. My sister, her DH & 2 boys came from TX and as soon as they arrived at my mom's 3 of them came down with the stomach flu. They were miserable. It was probably a blessing in disguise because it was the first Christmas without my dad and it gave my mom something else to concentrate on.

So, we had ham, augratin potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, Italian salad, deviled eggs, wheat rolls, cheesecake & cherry pie.
