I have no idea what I am making, I woke up not feeling so good. I defrosted a package of thin sliced porkchops. I am thinking of either browning them and adding a jar of pineapple salsa and putting it over rice or making fried potatoes and adding them to that. It depends how much of a creative mood I am in later.

After helping my niece all day with her new baby, I wasn't in the mood to cook! DH took the boys and I to Pizza Hut, since it would be fast and "better than fast food"! These men and their thinking!!! LOL
