Dining in or going out tonight?

Tonight we'll be staying in. I'm thawing out perch that we caught this fall. I'll bread it with Panko breading. I'll add tomato salads and baked potatoes. The boys will be heading out to go snowboarding around 3:00, so I'll just make them burgers before they head-out.

We are going out. Not sure where yet, but most likely Mexican and most definately a margarita!

Chicken for DH I will decide how I'm cooking it after work. Shrimp for me, ditto. We'll also have veggies.
