I hope everyone is having a good day What is everyone cooking tonight? We are having leftovers. We have some general tso chicken and pork fried rice, some hot wings, a quarter piece of chicken, and stuff to make some english muffin pizzas.

I just got a firm grip on reality....
Now I can strangle it

Oldest DS left a note; "Dinner request!....chicken and stuffing casserole, mashed potatoes w/ gravy, green beans and biscuits".....so, theres the menu!!! I love when they request things they love!!

We are having steak salad with a sliced multigrain baguette.

We're having potato chowder and bruschetta (made with some of the roasted red pepper spread I canned last summer and homemade garlic Italian herb bread). For dessert I made rhubarb crisp and I have some vanilla ice cream to go with it. And probably a cup of hot chocolate for me ... I'm freezing!

I made cooked carrots and rice with shredded 3 Cheese Italian. DH had roasted pork loin and I had baked salmon.
