Well it's wonderful to me because it's my day off and I'm immersed in The Girl Who Played with Fire.

I'm making seared ahi for me, baked chicken for DH and some delicious spinach with cheese for dinner tonight.

We are having spicy linguine with shrimp, side salads & multi-grain baguette.

We had grilled rib steaks, garlic and cheese mashed potatoes (new recipe...INCREDIBLE!!) and a broccoli/carrot/cauliflower medley. I had a cup of blackberries for dessert!!

We had fried chicken, potato wedges and macaroni salad
