GOOD MORNING!

Hope everyone is staying warm and safe with all this snow throughout the north!!

We're having grilled rib steaks w/ sauteed fresh portabellas and onions, sweet potatoes and loaded garden salads.

It's freezing cold here! We have only had 2 dustings of snow this winter. I wish we would get at least one good one!

We are trying a new recipe for Cashew Chicken with water chestnuts over steamed basmati rice and steamed brocolli.

I just got a firm grip on reality....
Now I can strangle it

We're having cheeseburgers, cheesey spinach and bacon dip with tortilla chips, and green tomato pickles. For dessert, I finally make pumpkin bars.
