Thursday's Dinner

I realized last night that just about everything I've served over the past week or so has had cheese involved. Last night when I served hubby his cheeseburger with a cheese dip for tortilla chips he said, "You're really trying to kill me, aren't you?". So I need to do a few cheeseless meals! Tonight we will have grilled chicken breasts seasoned with a cajun seasoning salt, baked butternut squash, and beets that I canned a couple of years ago and need to be eaten. For dessert we will have pumpkin bars (although they DO have cream cheese frosting).

What's cooking at your house tonight?

I love cheese, too!

We are trying a new recipe for pork chops with mustard cream sauce. It has carrots and mushrooms cooked with it and we'll have mashed potatoes on the side.

Both of your dinners sound yummy

Linda, after reading what you wrote, I thought about it and almost all of my lunches/dinners have had a lot of cheese too. I love cheese on almost everything

Tonight I am making london broil with sauteed onions, baked potatoes and corn

I think all of your dinners sound good! We had leftovers/whatever you can find night here. DH had a sandwich and chips with homemade salsa and I had a salad (lettuce, crushed Doritos, kidney beans, tomatoes, olives and french dressing).

Cheese ah the food that completes anything and makes everything taste better!

I'm making seared ahi for me, roasted pork loin for DH and roasted potatoes with peas.
