Good Morning
It's snowing and cold here, but the snow is suppose to stop later this morning/afternoon. Is anyone cooking tonight? We are having ravioli with chicken parm and garlic bread. I am thinking of baking either some cupcakes or brownies for dessert.

We're having red beans and rice, but I don't know when! I had put together a breakfast casserole for this morning, but by the time DH finally finished clearing out the snow from yesterday, we didn't eat it until about 3:00 this afternoon (he DID get a late start though)! Maybe I should just make a salad instead. I'll have to ask him to see what he wants.

DH smoked a fresh ham and I added garlic alfredo noodles, fresh corn (we froze from the fall) and sour cream/cucumber salad.
