I'm making DH brick chicken and I'm having shrimp stir fry with no noodles or rice. I want to try the tofu noodles but I haven't bought them yet so it will be basically be lots of veggies sauteed with shrimp. DH will also have mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans.

Its cold and snowy here and I really wanted to make comfort food, but since we had almost a whole pizza left from last night I just heated that up in the oven.

We went to the theater, so we had dinner at a BBQ a few buildings down from it. It was just OK, I thought. DH loved his.

We had potato crusted cod, Swiss chard, and kidney bean salad.
