Unhappy HELP! need mac and cheese recipe

Hi, I had once made this mac and cheese off the back of one of the pasta boxes for a family reunion. We are now having another one and I was asked to bring this again but I am unable to find the receipe. I think it was on the back of a Mullers pasta box but can't find it again. I am hoping someone can help me. Thanks again.

Re: HELP! need mac and cheese recipe

Did a search and found this. Hope this is the one. I hate it when I lose a recipe.

Ingredients

2 tbsp (30 ml) cornstarch
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
1/2 tsp (2 ml) dry mustard (optional)
1/4 tsp (1 ml) pepper
2-1/2 cups (600 ml) milk
2 tbsp (30 ml) Margarine or butter
2 cups (475 ml) (8 oz (224 grm).) shredded American or Cheddar cheese, divided
8 oz (224 grm). Mueller's Elbows (about 2 cups), cooked 5 minutes and drained

Preparation
In medium saucepan combine corn starch, salt, dry mustard and pepper; stir in milk.
Add margarine.

Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high heat and boil 1 minute.

Remove from heat.
Stir in 1-3/4 cups (425 ml) cheese until melted.
Add elbows.

Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.

Bake uncovered in 375 degree (200 C.) oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Grandma's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

1 1/2 box of ziti
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 pound of American cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix milk and flour together for use later. Cook ziti according to directions on package. Drain. Add butter or margarine and parmesan cheese. Add half the milk mixture.
Pour half of the macaroni mixture into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover with a layer of American cheese. Cover with the remaining macaroni mixture. Pour on the rest of the milk mixture. Top with a layer of American cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Cover with foil for the last 10 minutes. Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
