This is how I prepare them. If you try them I hope you like them.

1 pound baby green beans, trimmed
all-purpose flour for dredging
salt and pepper to taste
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
olive oil for frying

Put some flour in a shallow dish and season
with salt, pepper and cayenne.

Heat about ½” inch oil in a large skillet, over
medium-high heat.

Steam the beans until crisp-tender. Immediately
(before they dry) roll them in the flour mixture
to coat, shaking off any excess.

Place the beans, one at a time, in the hot oil and
cook until lightly browned. (do not crowd the skillet)
Drain and serve.

It's going to be in the low 80's today so the kids are going to want to play outside as long as possible. Plus I have Bunco tonight (where I will munch on too many goodies) so we will keep it simple and light here and have mixed greens w/ tuna salad and a bit of cheddar on top.

We're having spaghetti with meatballs. I had the sauce and meatballs frozen so basically all I have to do is heat it, cook the pasta and make some garlic bread. And I made cherry pie(finally, been saying I was going to make it for a week, lol) for dessert with vanilla ice cream.
