Strawberry picking, need help...

Just got home from picking strawberries and I don't want to sound ignorant but my DD wants to make strawberries dipped in choc. Anything special I have to do? How do you do it? Thanks for your help.

When I do it, I use the chocolate almond bark. You can also melt chocolate chips, but have to add oil to it.

You can buy Dolci Frutta which is pieces of chocolate in a microwavable container. Just follow the directions and dip the strawberries. This product is often found in the produce aisle.

I think it is Baker that also makes a microwavable cup with the chocolate right in it for about 2 bucks.....heats up in minutes and less of a mess...I also melt a small amount of white choclate and drizzle it on over the dark choclate to fancy them up a bit...have fun!!!
